- Point your web browser to https://login.privatecloudcorp.com
- Logon using your email address and password
- Navigate to the Hosted Server and modify its settings

How do increase performance?

- Logon to https://login.privatecloudcorp.com
- Locate the Private Cloud Server (PSC)
- Shut the Server down
- Apply a Hardware Template that contains additional performance variables
- Start the PSC
- Logon via RDP
Please Note: Performance increases due to the modification of Hardware Template will result in additional billable fees as per your Service Level Agreement. Fees are billed for reach calendar day the additional hardware is utilized.

How can we pay our Bill?

Private Cloud Corp. uses QuickBooks Online to generate invoices and email them to the Billing Contact provided during account setup. Invoices are sent during the first week of the month and due by the end of the month. Invoices may be paid digitally though QBO. We also offer a 5% discount if you choose to setup auto-pay. In addition you can pick the date of the month to pay.
